By accessing or using FlashGrids, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FlashGrids for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service

3. In-App Advertising

FlashGrids displays advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the app, you acknowledge that ads may be shown during gameplay. You may choose to watch optional rewarded ads for in-game benefits.

4. Virtual Currency

"Flash Points" are a virtual in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify the Flash Points system at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Interfere with the app's functionality
• Misrepresent your identity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code in FlashGrids are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlashGrids is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
